Ended up taking 6 months to “service” 2 watches. Used to be local but moved to the city. Remembered using Genter’s in the past and thought it would be a good option because he said he could just ship it. Very difficult to get on the phone to see what the status was, had to call several times roughly every 3-4 weeks. After 5 months, he said it was finished and would ship it to me as we discussed.
