We purchased a refurbished Waters UPLC system from GenTech, and the transaction was smooth. System was shipped/received in a timely manner, and the installation was on time and seamless. Thanks to Carlos who installed the system without issue!
ordered an Agilent GC/MS from GenTech. Never worked upon arrival and GenTech refuses to warranty. Complete scam artists. Do not do business with them.
