I called yesterday afternoon about 1:00pm for a service call for my mother's bathroom lights. Was given the whole schmell about their 5 star rating and Diamond rating etc. Was told I would get a call from customer service to schedule an appointment. Called again at 3:30pm stating I still had not got a call. Well it's been over 24 hours and still have not received a call back!! I'm not wasting my time calling a third time! I called another electrician and low and behold the young lady who answered made me an appointment right... read more
