I could not be more satisfied with the quality installation of my new Kohler 26kW generator from GenSpring. From my initial phone call with Jackie, my first meeting with Neal, and all through the install team - service and customer relations was top notch. Taylor, Ryan, Alex, and Conner all spent almost all day Friday at my home doing a near perfect install. Their attention to detail (and consulting with me on the placement of the unit, wiring, and plumbing) made everything go so well. Expectations exceeded! Thanks guys.

This is a first class company that takes care of their customers and sells Kohler generators. Kohler makes a quiet, top of the line generator and the small added cost is worth every penny. I wish all of our service providers provided this exemplary level of service! GenSpring installed a Kohler generator for us a few years back and we have an annual service package with them. The generator always works great and kicks in when needed. On several through their monitoring system they proactively identified a problem with the generator, arranged to come out and investigate it and resolved it - all under the generator warranty. We recently had a 26kW Kohler generator installed, and the entire experience was excellent. Communication throughout the process was clear, timely, and professional. The installation of the gas and electric lines was done with great attention to detail — everything looks clean and aesthetically pleasing.
