This site supposedly serves my area 80 miles from their office. Apparently, even though a technician might live closer, their accounting "system" somehow can't account for mileage fees, so they base it on the office's address and make the customer deal with it. What?! So I got nailed for a NON emergency visit for which I was invoiced almost TWELVE HUNDRED DOLLARS for an oil change. Yes, just an oil change, nothing more.
