I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you actually want your generator fixed. GenServe came to our home on January 12, 2026, to look at our broken generator. We were told we would receive an email estimate for the repairs. After waiting and hearing nothing, my husband called them two separate times to follow up and request the quote. I look at 5 star reviews and wonder how it can be the same company that has been unable to schedule a maintenance call on a generator they installed. It’s late January and my first email goes back to October. When I do hear back (several days later) from someone who sounds like they know what they are doing and actually schedules the service, they no show. This site supposedly serves my area 80 miles from their office. Apparently, even though a technician might live closer, their accounting "system" somehow can't account for mileage fees, so they base it on the office's address and make the customer deal with it. What?! So I got nailed for a NON emergency visit for which I was invoiced almost TWELVE HUNDRED DOLLARS for an oil change. Yes, just an oil change, nothing more.
