The most EXCESSIVE bs prices I've ever seen. Almost $800 to get my oil changed, my tires rotated, a rear tire sensor changed, and my brakes replaced. Ain't no way. I can promise you I'm NEVER coming back. Not to mention never being told they'd have my car overnight. So when I saw it was 530 and never got a hey you can pickup your car call the day before I was like oh cool guess I just don't have a car another day without warning.

Spent over 3,500 bucks, they held on to my vehicle for 3 weeks. I Bought brand new tires and 2 weeks after they installed them there was a vibration. I called in to see if they could do something about it and they told me to make an appointment 2 to 3 weeks out. I also heard a noise when I would turn my steering wheel, I got down and looked and saw that there was an aluminum heat shield near where they did some of their work. The staff here is absolutely amazing! They were so good to work around my drop off and pick up schedule, even though I had to change it around on them. Fast, friendly service with an absolute smile!

I can't say enough about how satisfied I am with this shop. As an example, I recently had my son's car inspected at another local shop because Gens was backed up and I waited too long. This shop found several things wrong and quoted me $1300 and were unwilling to stand by that quote if they broke something trying to fix it. So, I parked the car and waited for the next appointment at Gen's. They found the same things, but their solid quote was $700.
