Made an appointment week prior & my vehicle sat for two days without even getting looked at. While I was waiting to get my keys to take it elsewhere the customer ahead of me was complaining about the same issue, only theirs sat for 3 days…..

I took my car to Gens Auto, and it was there for almost two weeks. They never called me with updates—I always had to reach out. They told me certain things were wrong and I approved the repairs, but when I called a few days later, nothing had been done. They acted like our conversation never happened, and my car just sat there while days went by. Made an appointment to have my Jeep looked at on a Monday and had dropped my Jeep off the previous Thursday. After not hearing anything from them by Wednesday afternoon I stopped in only to find my Jeep parked in the same spot where I had parked it. I spoke with Steve who had nothing but excuses (as he has done on previous occasions). He then told me that his mechanic would try to get to it the next morning.
