I can't say enough about how satisfied I am with this shop. As an example, I recently had my son's car inspected at another local shop because Gens was backed up and I waited too long. This shop found several things wrong and quoted me $1300 and were unwilling to stand by that quote if they broke something trying to fix it. So, I parked the car and waited for the next appointment at Gen's. They found the same things, but their solid quote was $700.

Great people are extremely knowledgeable. Very efficient and great at getting jobs completed in the time promised. I use them for all my automotive needs. Give them a try you won't be sorry.

I scheduled an appointment here based on reviews and availability. Gens completely dropped the ball. I wanted to replace my wheels with upgraded aftermarket wheels. I dropped off the vehicle and waited with it only to find out they remounted a tire before realizing they didn’t have the tool to balance a 6 lug wheel. I was told I would have to take it somewhere else and shouldn’t drive on the highway. They then told me I owed $20 for the one tire that was remounted. I expected an apology and not a charge.
