Made an appointment to have my Jeep looked at on a Monday and had dropped my Jeep off the previous Thursday. After not hearing anything from them by Wednesday afternoon I stopped in only to find my Jeep parked in the same spot where I had parked it. I spoke with Steve who had nothing but excuses (as he has done on previous occasions). He then told me that his mechanic would try to get to it the next morning. Great shop and great people they were able to squeeze me in last second and I couldn’t have asked for better service !
My girlfriend and have been taking all our vehicles to Gen's before it became Gen's. They lost our business. We took her car there because it was having problems starting, they couldn't figure it out after being there twice. If it's not throwing a code they don't want to mess with it. I figured it out and fixed it myself and I'm no mechanic. And the guy working the front desk has no people skills what so ever. If questioned he gets smart with you.
