Have had nothing but great experiences with them. I have gone to them since I’ve had my first car. Extremely friendly and welcoming. They don’t try and upsell, coming from a woman. Whatever needs to be done will get done!
I’ve been going to Gens Auto for a while now, and honestly, I wouldn’t trust my vehicles with anyone else. Had a state inspection done for a vehicle failed because of bad ball joint.I replaced the ball joint made a schedule for a reinspection.Never got a call by four o'clock.I called to see if it was finished.Said it was finished, but it did not pass the inspection.They found a couple other things wrong with it.But the first time those things weren't discovered, it was just the ball joint????? The most EXCESSIVE bs prices I've ever seen. Almost $800 to get my oil changed, my tires rotated, a rear tire sensor changed, and my brakes replaced. Ain't no way. I can promise you I'm NEVER coming back. Not to mention never being told they'd have my car overnight.
