I came to this facility from a residential treatment facility. Right away my meds were changed. They refused to give me what the previous facility was giving me. This was supposed to be a step down in care but was not. In residential I was allowed to have my own cell phone for an hour at night. Here at their awful housing you had to use their phone. Forgot to order my medicine and am still withdrawing from not having it
I was amazing product of Genpsych I am living proof that it works. From therapist to my provider to the every day techs that transport and watches over me they were amazing. Sara Jacqueline and Chris were amazing leaders over housing and our clinical direct Alice is wonderful they are so easy to talk to and get in touch with for questions.
