I’ve had a really positive experience with GenPsych. The staff is supportive, the environment feels safe, and they truly care about your well-being. I especially want to highlight Jasmine she’s amazing! Jasmine is always so helpful, patient, and understanding. She takes the time to really listen and makes sure you feel supported. Her kindness and professionalism make a huge difference. I’m really grateful for her and the way she goes above and beyond.
The staff and support system at GenPsych is amazing! Jasmine is always so welcoming and kind, and the DBT program is really helpful and great groups.
My 17 yr old son went to GP Wayne's PHP program and we felt the program was helpful in teaching DBT coping skills. Nikki was his clinician and they really connected with our son. They were very communicative and helpful and clearly wanted our son to feel better. The program is DBT based which is the go-to for depression and anxiety. Melissa in the billing dept was stellar.
