GenPro was very professional, patience and fast. They designed a patio enclosure and I love it. I’d recommend them to anyone and I’d hire them again for any home improvement.
Very disappointed. Had Doug and Keith come out to do an appraisal and waited for OVER a week to get a respond saying that "most of their crew has COVID and would not be able to help me for 2-3 months later....you should get someone else to help you". I had to reach out to them in order to even get this response. I understand COVID has everyone backed up but the lack of communication is unprofessional when were trying to get a business up and running.
