We booked the load through Mike Kouten. Unfortunately, the loading process was extremely delayed, and my driver ended up waiting 7 hours at the shipper, which caused him to arrive late for the Walmart delivery. We submitted a request for detention pay, but after delivering the load and sending over the POD, Mike Kouten stopped responding. This behavior is both unprofessional and discourteous. I would recommend avoiding this broker to save yourself time and frustration.
THEY DON’T PAY! IT TOOK 100+ DAYS TO RECEIVE THE PAYMENT!!!!!!
Working with this brokerage is always a very pleasant experience. My representative Bowen has always been a hard working, fast acting, intelligent guy! Ahead of schedule, always on top on situations and issues and very nice. This company is amazing and I love working with them.

I was dispatched by my company to Geodis out of Mt Juliet TN with a load going to Salt Lake city. I arrived 15 minutes early on Friday the 24th only to sit waiting on a dock for 6 hours with several calls to my dispatch and GENPRO With no results. Later that night while still sitting in a dock with a green light that never went red, I entered facility asking why it was taking all day and into the night.
