Booked a load with Bowen Grasso, after 20min he called me to tell me i needed to help him book a truck with my coworker and he will send it. I couldnt help him out since its not my truck. He responded to bad and that he couldnt book us on the load for some bs reason. So yea...

Do not do business with these guys no matter what their paying. was scheduled to pick up a load at 10pm, its 2pm now next day and load isnt ready still . I kindly asked for a TONU they said no cause the load is still be packaged. I asked when it will be ready, " we do not know". so they are holding me hostage, making me run my reefer all day long incase they called me. Worse people to work with and now i see why they are rated a 1 star

Money hungry people. Drivers not allowed to be on loading area , nose single pallet shift. We provide all pictures and evidence, that shippers not installed airbags. They believe you but claimed me any way. No more business with this age pro

Went there for a cell phone and the lady also gave me free Verizon wifi for a month then I can either pay for it or hand it in. 2 days later, that charge was on our bill. She lied to us
