I've been seeing Dr. Genovese for seven months. I went to MyChart to get a copy of my blood work report, but I couldn't log in because I wasn't registered. The doctor's office's responsible for registering patients, so I'm furious that they didn't do this. Once this is resolved, I am seeking another PCP.
He takes his time explaining things..I never feel rushed
Fails to return our phonecalls. Woman who pics up phone is rude and doesnt reply. Very disappointed with the long waits in the office , it is hours..
Dr Lenny has been my familys doctor for years. Would highly recommend
