I paid Genomind’s previous $399 self-pay price for my pharmacogenomic test. Now Genomind/Vanta is attempting to bill me an additional $200, bringing the total to $599—the company’s newer self-pay price, not the price I agreed to when I ordered my test. Incredible info for my future health.
The first collection didn’t take, but with the second mouth swab, I got back a list of all the medications I could try based on how my body would respond to them. My doctor read the results because I couldn’t understand what all the information meant but it was great to have the information to refer to, to be able to try medicine that could work for me if others don’t.
