As a non-driver, I have used this Pharmacy because they deliver. Several times now I've had an issue with the pharmacist not releasing my prescription even though it's ready and it's beyond 30 days. Somehow he/she feels it's OK to not release for delivery someone's medication when they know the consequences of missing doses. Everyone is very nice there but nice does not help my discomfort when I am missing my meds, for no stated or valid reason.
My wife and I both really like this pharmacy. They're very personable. Easy to talk to. The pharmacist is very easy to talk to. Also, never a big line to wait. They brought my wife's prescription out to the car one day when she wasn't feeling well which was really fantastic
Genoa Pharmacy is the BEST... They have a Wonderful Pharmacist(miss Kim), Who goes out of her way to help her customers🤗, and her AWESOME Team, are committed, and supportive to helping as well. I've been a customer for going on Four Years Now, And I've got No Complaints. Thank You for All your hard work ❤️ ❤️❤️ Stacy.
