Tough one for me. I’m a fully positive reviewer because i typically do my homework before I go. I’m well travelled as you’ll see from my reviews so when you’re a regular on Arthur Ave in the Bronx, comparing is sometimes difficult. The flavor, spot on. The freshness, great. The truth is I only go here for one thing (even though I know their other stuff is great too) - and that’s the Italian Subs. I am from a long line of Italian butcher shop / delicatessen owners from the NYC area - i am very very finicky about Italian subs. There are very few places in the Capital Region that can pull off a real NYC Italian sub - and this place is the best of the best. I got a chicken parm sub hoping it wasn’t a disappointment like all the rest. The chicken was dry the bread was Burt and the sauce had no flavor. Very disappointed. Would not recommend

Excellent sandwiches. Great selection of different cold salads as well as cold meals to be heated up later. Staff is friendly and quick. Great place to grab lunch.
