I have been a loyal customer of Genoa Pharmacy for many years, dating back to when it operated as Carolina Behavioral Pharmacy. Throughout this time, I have consistently received exceptional service marked by kindness, compassion, and professionalism. Mental health is such an important part of overall well-being, and Carla and Stephanie truly elevate the experience. They are always patient, attentive, and ready to answer any questions I’ve had over the years, making each visit a positive one.
There are so many pharmacies I could use in Durham, but this is the only one I will use. The personal attention coupled with the expertise of Steph and Carla is something I didn't know I could find at a pharmacy. I consider myself lucky to have found this hidden gem, and I consider you foolish if you don't take advantage of my recommendation. They may be closed on the weekends, but they are worth the wait!
I’ve been with this pharmacy for 8 years or so and will be with them as long as I can! The pharmacists and pharmacy techs are so incredibly kind, accommodating, and have always treated me with respect. They also have never been out of the medications I take (including stimulants) when tons of my coworkers or friends were struggling to get their prescriptions filled at Walgreens or CVS. I always look forward to seeing them when I pick my medications up 🙂
I went here to get one of my vaccines and was pleasantly greeted by the women at the front desk. When I went back to receive my vaccine, I was comforted by the pharmacist and was asked if I had any concerns. When she administered the shot, I felt very little to no pain at all. Overall, I had a great experience at Genoa in Durham.
The girls are so great here! They always help you out! And so caring .
