I thought mail order would be easier. My insurance was charged for a refrigerated prescription that can't be mailed and I hadn't requested a refill. I was not notified or told that I had a prescription that wasn't picked up even when I called about transferring it to Walmart. I drove 60 miles to Walmart only to be told I had to wait 3 more days to fill it.
