They have worked hard to get me my medications transferred to their pharmacy after having to relocate I have been in touch with them so much I feel like I would be annoying them but they are still very kind and professional. The clinician side is also amazing they have great counselors who are very supportive and professional with a lot of experience. Genoa wasn't here when I left the area and I am very glad they are here now. The town really needed them they are a great addition.
Hate it no matter what time of day i have a script sent here i was LUCKY to leave at 4 or 5. Close. And the pharmacist Muhammed went out of his way to try n have me taken off the seizure pills I've been taking since age 9 and they didn't like that im on suboxone si they've now flat started to refuse to even fill for me whatsoever.
Muhammad and the staff are absolutely amazing! The most kind and compassionate people I've ever met. They are always on top of your needs and make you feel like you as the patient actually matter. Other pharmacies should look to Genoa and take after their customer service. There's nowhere else like it!
