The receptionist was incredibly rude on the phone. All she kept saying was "ok". I called the wrong Genoa by mistake and she didn't offer me any assistance, a phone number, nothing. The worse part is she hung up on me. I am so sorry I inconvenienced her so much by calling to refill my prescription. Hopefully her day gets less chaotic.
Again, I cannot tell everyone how wonderful Genoa healthcare is. My doctor called in a couple of meds for me that I really needed. By the time I got in my car and called Genoa and asked when will my prescriptions be filled? They told me that prescriptions we're ready to be picked up. And they answered all my questions when I got there. Thanks Genoa for caring about people that really need your help
