Updated April 2026: I changed to Sam’s Club Pharmacy. I cannot be sure if my previous review stating that Genoa in West Saint Paul continues to be short staffed and overworked. Company does not respect their employees. New hires are not very customer service oriented. I hope things have improved since I left.

I CALL IN MY MEDICATIONS TO YOU UNLESS YOU HAVE TO CALL MY DOCTOR FOR MEDS THAT NEED HIS OKAY TO BE FILLED. PA MED OXYBUNIN DOES NEED PA IF I JUST STARTED TAKING IT. I've been going to this pharmacy for a couple years and the staff has always been wonderful. Most of the time, Blanca helps me at the front. She is very kind and helpful. I have closer Pharmacies near me, but I will drive the extra distance with no complaints.
