Since switching from CVS Pharmacy to Genoa Pharmacy, my experience has been fantastic. The team is incredibly kind and professional, always ensuring your prescriptions are filled quickly and efficiently. They also take the extra step of automatically scheduling refills for medications due later. This means I no longer have to worry about remembering to call for refills. I switched away from the chain pharmacies like CVS and Walgreens. At this pharmacy the staff get to know you personally. The pharmacist goes out of her way to make sure you get any possible discounts on medications. They call you for every prescription to let you know when it’s ready for pickup. The 9-5 hours on weekdays and them being closed on weekends is a minor inconvenience compared to the quality of service I get from this little pharmacy. I will never go back to CVS!
Very overpriced. Staff are prone to fits of temperament, misreading inventory on their own shelves, and wild-accusations against well-meaning customers. These needs include housing, food, clothing, education, >>access to medical care,<< and having feelings validated and appropriately responded to.
