What happened to Genoa? They were awesome and now.... not so much. I'm truly saddened by the decline in customer care. The wait times. The attitude. I guess nothing can last for long. So disappointed. (First review, 5 stars) This pharmacy is the mostest bestest ever!! You won't wait in your car for 45 minutes. This place used to be great but the new staff is rude, they never have my prescriptions ready even if I call, they dont tell me when im out of refills and even sent somebody else's medication to me in the mail one time. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone and am appalled at their carelessness and at the way I've been treated by them.
The new staff is rude, never has my prescriptions filled even if i call ahead and dont remind me when I need a refill. Once they sent me someone else's medication in the mail and didnt send me mine. I wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy. I'm very disappointed and appalled in how I have been treated and at the level of carelessness. If I could give no stars I would.
