Find another pharmacy. Absolutely too many negative things to deal with if you deal with this Genoa pharmacy and staff on Goshen Road. Save yourself the headache and stress.
I used to love this pharmacy. But it wasn’t until the new pharmacist Ben took over. He is RUDE and entitled!!!! My favorite employee is gone so there’s no reason to stay any longer! DONT GO HERE!
Friendly and professional
I would give no stars if i could. But its only one reason I haven't switched to another pharmacy. And its due to the female tech. Otherwise, i would definitely be gone. ESPECIALLY WITH THE NEW RUDE DISRESPECTFUL PHARMICIST, NAME BEN, THAT RUNNING THAT PLACE NOW. Its time to move on now for sure. Im not tolerating rudeness from no one.
The pharmacists are amazing people there. Any concerns they will make sure you understand before you leave. And that's nice.
