The team here at Genoa Pharmacy Goshen Road located within Bowen Health used to be Phenomenal. I really don’t care for them anymore. Anytime I have a legitimate problem with a refill or getting a medication filled, they’re always out of the loop with my Dr Ahmad. I see Dr Ahmad in Huntington and Fort Wayne and it shouldn’t matter which Genoa my medications were sent to. Genoa is Genoa and my records should be in the system. Very nice pharmacy team here at Genoa within the Bowen Health building. Always a good experience.
I absolutely LOVE this pharmacy and the employees that work there! They are the most kind and helpful people. I switched to them because of these reasons! I would recommend them to anyone over any pharmacy I've ever been to! If you are lucky enough to have them as your pharmacy enjoy them because they are amazing.
Been going here for years and I love the staff and pharmacist here but I have 1 question, are they open until 7pm on Tuesdays because someone told me they were and I don't know if that's true.
Always a great experience, always a smiling face. Pharmacists are both thoughtful and enjoyable to interact with, as are the technicians.
