Won’t answer my phone calls and can’t refill my prescription using my chart Don’t even get a call back

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!!! This is the worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. I’ve lost count on how many times I’ve refilled prescriptions to pick up the next day, and then they aren’t filled and I have to wait 45-60+ minutes. A few times they didn’t even bother to send my meds out for delivery when they said they would. The incompetence at this place is atrocious. Avoid at all cost.
I had a Doc appointment in Phx on Wednesday and drove down from Sedona so I thought I would stop by the Genoa Pharmacy and grab my prescriptions after my appointment. I hadn't been to the Phx Library in over 25 years and was pleasantly surprised to see and meet all of the nice folks at Genoa! Thanks for your great service and will plan on another trip to see you all again. Mark
