The Pharmacy staff at the St. Charles location on Compass Pointe Dr is hands down the best!!!! Always friendly and willing to help and answer any questions. When I call for a refill, I feel I am treated like family and not just a number.
Allie and Molly are great. I’m glad I have a client friendship with them both. Allie is just a true and honest person, she always makes time to answer any questions concerning your medication, even if you ( me ) have asked her for years, I truly love my pharmacy staff.
Excellent guest services
Very disorganized. The team all don’t know what they are doing I was told my medication was ready from the pharmacist male. Got there it wasn’t ready and one medication was not available to get untill the following week. Then the Manager on duty there she was on the phone with a pill company I guess for inventory got very disrespectful since she was upset because she was falling behind told me go set down and etc only reason I wasn’t able to snap on her because I needed my medication.
