They sent medication priority overnight to be delivered 10/20. FedEx "lost" it. On 10/24 at 5pm I am told I have to call the insurance company to get an override because it's a $10k medication and they won't pay for a replacement. And even by some miracle that I figure out who to call to get an override, a replacement can't be sent until next week because it's 5pm and they're going home for the weekend.
