Horrible pharmacy. This is the second time I was out of my medication and went through withdrawals and extreme anxiety. I had to wait two weeks to get my medications from Genoa. My meds were refilled by my doctor on the 17th. When I didn't receive my meds, I called on the 22nd. I also called my doctor's office, and they said they would get ahold of the pharmacy and send a refill. I've used this pharmacy twice, since it is actually in the same building as my psychiatrist and he recommended it. Both times I was very disappointed. My vehicle has not been useable for a few months, so I requested home delivery - I was really happy that Genoa offered that. The first time I had to wait a week to get my scripts delivered - the delivery person (there's only one) was not working that week. This time I've waited two weeks for my script. As a Provider I had the worst experience ever with pharmacy, spoke with pharmacist Megan on 03/05/2025 at 04:53 pm, Megan was so unprofessional, incompetent to complete basic task and literally non- caring towards patients waiting for their refills. She hung up on me 4 times refusing to help simple complete simple refill. I can't believe some people work in this field without any regard for others

What a horrible pharmacist in Hope Valley RI. I had a replacement prescription for 30mg @ 2 per day for 1 month. That is 60 tablets. My insurance did not cover so I instead received 20mg @ 2 per day. I received 30 tablets. This is not my fault. I continued to take the 60mg I am used to taking. In the meantime my original prescription comes available thru insurance. I have been going to Genoa Pharmacy (inside Centerstone), located in Bloomington, Indiana for ~9 years now. I've only had 3 bad experiences here. Twice, I called to Re-fill 2 Prescriptions over the Telephone, and twice, they were NEVER sent to me in the Postage Mail, causing me to "miss" anxiety Medication, 2x per day, for several days. Going to Genoa for me feels like being with friends. They also help to ensure to go above and beyond to make sure if you're running low on meds to get me refilled.

Great staff!! They always work with you , they are polite and pleasant to speak with. I love that they deliver the medication. Morgan is the sweetest and always arrives with a smile on her face.

I was promised a full-time position at Genoa after 6 months of working there. Three months in and they had 3 people, including myself, fired for BS reasons. Their excuse is that I didn't meet their requirements and that I fell asleep. My job is to call patients. That's all I do. Their company computer system that generates phone numbers for us to call was down. It was broken ever since I started working there. The job pace was really slow. There were no patients to call.
