I have been a patient of Genoa for over 6 years. While I have been served by multiple locations and staff turnover has been kind of high. I utilize bubble packs due to two Craniotomies it helps with not missing a pill. A OK my time I was at the McDowell location. And up in till that time that they had a fire. Everything was great. Then I got switched to a pop-up location on Oak Street. This is where everything went dramatically downhill.
