I have been a patient of Genoa for over 6 years. While I have been served by multiple locations and staff turnover has been kind of high. I utilize bubble packs due to two Craniotomies it helps with not missing a pill. A OK my time I was at the McDowell location. And up in till that time that they had a fire. Everything was great. Great customer service , lovely staff that are always willing to help out
Life well as one whoLE entity is not doing much for anybody but keeping tHEM down. Me and my husband RobBlake signed up over 3 years ago to get housing voucher and now we have to start the whole process over again supposedly not knowing what happened to the other one. Thank guys. SO HELPFULLOFSHIT
This place is terrible the staff is rude and eager to hang up with you, I was transferred from the McDowell office that was amazing, I have to continue to call to get my medication mailed to me it’s been over five time I call and they say “your from a different location and didn’t know you wanted your medication mailed “ even though I’ve talked to multiple representatives and validated I needed it mailed.
