I was repeatedly given inaccurate information over the phone and felt like I was being misled. They also gave me a fake email address to prevent me from filing a formal complaint. The customer service was dismissive, communication was poor, and no one took responsibility when there was a problem. I expected honesty and professionalism from a pharmacy, but unfortunately received neither. I would not recommend this location.
Dreading the pharmacy seems universal, but this is probably as painless as a pharmacy gets! Every time I’ve come into or called Genoa it’s been such an easy process because their main pharmacist is attentive, patient, and friendly. I also appreciate that she takes the time to review scripts. The last pharmacy I used filled duplicates and varying doses and the tech there was incredibly difficult when I expressed concern, as that was a mistake. Every time i have called, they were always so easy to deal with and always found a way to get me my kids meds which are hard to get at most pharmacies. I highly recommend this pharmacy
