I started coming here per my therapist office's recommendation after I got sick of dealing with my previous pharmacy often being out of my medication, long lines & wait times, and just being difficult to work with in general and can I just say how wonderful the staff of Genoa is?? They have two locations so if one does happen to be out of my medication I can have my script transferred to the other; both locations rarely have a line so it's always a quick in and out visit. Had to wait 5 hours for my script to be filled just for the pharmacy manager to come out and tell me she doesn’t “feel comfortable” filling my prescription. Way to have a disabled veteran go deeper into a mental health crisis 👍. Will not be coming back here
Love this pharmacy. They are nice, quick, and they give you snacks too. They also FedEx the meds for no extra cost. It's worth the time and money to get you medications from here.
