They have made mistakes twice as often as getting things right. Numerous times they have claimed they contacted my doctor when my doctor got nothing. Every time I call to check on a prescription I get one answer until I ask follow up questions, and then suddenly they can see the thing that they originally told me wasn't there. Very professional, friendly, and most helpful if you have a problem with anything re: meds, etc. They have gone out of their way to work with me, and I appreciate Genoa's patience. Since my vehicle will cost $2100.00 for repairs, which I cannot afford, I am grateful for Genoa's delivery, and nice drivers.
