I have an excellent experience every time I visit Genoa Pharmacy! I often have my medication delivered right to my front door, which is so convenient. Whenever there’s an issue, the staff are quick to address it and always makes sure everything is taken care of. I love that it feels more family-owned rather than corporate—everyone is personable, caring, and genuinely attentive. Highly recommend!

I always walk in and my medication is already on the counter ready to be handed to me. Even better, the receptionist memorized my name after the first time I went! The staff are very chill and willing to answer any questions. It's a very short 10-ish minute walk from the Vassar campus, which is super convenient as a student there. If you can't pay for your medication at that moment, they can postpone the payment until the next pick up, which saved me when I didn't have my wallet on hand.
