Every time I come to Genoa pharmacy the people in there working ARE working! You go anytime of day those people there care about what you need, when you need it. Best of all they Smile!!
It takes a long time to ship my medicine. They gave me a tracking number, but it still says 'Not picked up.' This is the second time this has happened. They seem completely careless, even when I tell them I cannot miss a dose of my medication."
I have used this pharmacy for 4 or 5 years. It was always the BEST. I’m not sure if them moving to the front, or if they have taken on way too many patients is the problem…. A few weeks ago I asked them to send a request to my dr for a medication refill. When they did they never called to let me know that the doctor said I needed an appointment before a refill.
