Always helpful. We had a problem with a script, they called the doctor's office to straighten things out. It went so smooth.
So rude tbh. I’ve only met one nice worker here and the specialist dude is cool. But everybody else is pompous and ignorant. It’s so out of character because every other department in the wentsville location is full of super nice employees.
The worse place to go get prescriptions from they always say it’s going to be 20-30 mins to wait even if the doctors already sent them the prescription. Then it’s 5 of them in there like seriously
Pharmacy staff goes above and beyond for their patients.
Very nice and professional staff..they also offer help when prices are too expensive .
