I have gotten to know all of the staff over the years of getting the pills to quit smoking and think straight. I look up to John because Dr. Arkazola kept dishing out the controlled substances for me to be able to get through not buying cigarettes and John is a really good Pharm D to keep kids in check on not abusing their pills by staying on the math of the schedule of the prescription.
Antonella truly cares about the patients, and goes above and beyond consistently! She is the GOAT!
!!WARNING!! PLEASE, Don't use GENOA PHARMACY!!!! If you do not absolutely have to go through these guys to get your medication, DON'T!! There are always delays which is understandable. However, it is NOT uncommon for patients to wait TWO FULL WEEKS before they are receiving their medication. Diedre always gives me incorrect information in order to hurry up and get off the phone. She will purposefully hold scripts so that they are delayed, and then blame the post office for the delay, when all along, the post office had been ... read more
