I've been with pharmacies such as walgreens, cvs, Walmart Etc where the employees change quite frequently and you must go through many prompts in order to speak to a person. I've been with Genoa for quite some time now and I can never be happier. When you call, a person answers. They are never nasty or lack the information you're calling about.
