I’ve never had a bad experience at this location.
Yes, I get into a verbal and emotional battle with this clinic constantly because dealing with the crap that they put us through. I feel that the act team is not so helpful but they do help you but not as much they will threaten you by telling you to try and teach you that you need to learn independence When you’re not in control of the situation and how to help yourself and when the case managers can’t help and they ignore you and they don’t text you back with your desperate time in need. They do what I need them to do and always seem like they are willing to help
Without my asking g they called CVS and transferred all my RX’s. Then I was going to be out of my medication and I was told it was shipped on Wednesday, but it didn’t get mailed out until Thursday. In the USPS it was tracked to Tennessee then back to Arizona. I was out of medication from Friday until my RX came in the mail on the following Tuesday!
