The absolute worst.
Good except a lot of medications I take generally had to be ordered because they didn't have most in stock at all. Even a couple of medications that are really common. And the hours aren't that great. Plus they're closed on the weekends. I still give 4 stars.
Everyone is nice, and they do follow up calls for prescriptions.
I’ve had multiple negative experiences with Genoa Healthcare, and unfortunately, the customer service has been consistently disappointing. The woman who has assisted me in the past has been rude and very impatient. Instead of feeling supported when asking questions about my medication, I felt rushed and dismissed. Most recently, I called with a concern about my meds, and the response I received was sarcastic and unhelpful. Her tone actually startled me. To the young lady that answered the phone on February 21 at 11:49a.m if you are gonna rush a phone call concerning a patient of Genoa Healthcare pharmacy in Wheaton, Il maybe you should look for a new line of work. If there happens to be a major issue with the medication because you were rushing, I will look forward to a major law suit. Try taking your time with the patient's and dealing with their medications.
