I’ve had multiple negative experiences with Genoa Healthcare, and unfortunately, the customer service has been consistently disappointing. The woman who has assisted me in the past has been rude and very impatient. Instead of feeling supported when asking questions about my medication, I felt rushed and dismissed. To the young lady that answered the phone on February 21 at 11:49a.m if you are gonna rush a phone call concerning a patient of Genoa Healthcare pharmacy in Wheaton, Il maybe you should look for a new line of work. If there happens to be a major issue with the medication because you were rushing, I will look forward to a major law suit. Try taking your time with the patient's and dealing with their medications. I am incredibly thankful for the wonderful staff here. Professional, caring and efficient!
Every time I go there it's a complicated situation where they can't even get my medications that they promise on time it's always a bit confusion the staff is not very friendly most of the time they speak very arrogant I d not recommend this place to anyone time to move my medication needs someplace else
