Worst experience with a pharmacist ever. Lu Lu is the manager there and extremely unprofessional. She refused to hear anything I tried to tell her and responded with attitude and vulgar language. Shade accusations and refused to check the insurance or rerun the prescription. I’ve never been spoken to so unprofessionally in my life. The rest of the staff is very friendly and helpful. Won’t be using the pharmacy anymore.
Alissa and her staff are always so welcoming and friendly. They always remember me by name and making picking up my prescriptions a breeze.
Genoa pharmacy has the utmost employees better all assets to this company. They are all kind helpful and will address any concerns you have. They are shining examples of what you think you could only wish for in a pharmacy
The Pharmacist Allysa and Steph are Awesome. They explain every meds to you and they answer all your concerns. I couldn't imagine going any place else
