I am incredibly disappointed with the service I received today at Genoa Healthcare Pharmacy, specifically from a pharmacy technician named Mary. Her attitude from behind the counter was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. When I approached the counter, I was met with a dismissive and unhelpful demeanor. Every Pharmacy Tech is friendly, polite and accommodating. Very customer satisfaction oriented but totally natural. BELINDA is one I know by name and over the years a joy to have her help me. I have had little interaction with the Pharmacists with the notable exception of CRYSTAL who is super professional and equally as all others … warm and nice and tiny but so is nitroglycerin. Service is careful but fast in my experience and I recommend this location and the entire staff with no hesitation.
