I am incredibly disappointed with the service I received today at Genoa Healthcare Pharmacy, specifically from a pharmacy technician named Mary. Her attitude from behind the counter was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. When I approached the counter, I was met with a dismissive and unhelpful demeanor. There was a clear lack of basic customer service, and her condescending tone made what should have been a simple interaction feel incredibly uncomfortable and frustrating. Every Pharmacy Tech is friendly, polite and accommodating. Very customer satisfaction oriented but totally natural. BELINDA is one I know by name and over the years a joy to have her help me. I have had little interaction with the Pharmacists with the notable exception of CRYSTAL who is super professional and equally as all others … warm and nice and tiny but so is nitroglycerin. Service is careful but fast in my experience and I recommend this location and the entire staff with no hesitation.
First experience with this pharmacy and it has been absolutely awful. To start, they got my info from the doctors Office and never called. Their excuse was that they didn't have my correct phone number, however they never bothered to find it with my doctors Office who does have it. Second, I had to call myself after waiting 2 weeks for ADHD medication (if you know about ADHD, you know we shouldn't go without it) and they had absolutely no urgency.
