I received today my pill pack, the meds were placed withothersthatare notto be takentogether. They refuse to take messages for the next days delivery. They're refilling my friends and neighbors monthly meds without a phone call. They have flat out refused to do this for me. I've been holding back to allow these people to get their act together. This is going to a point where if you don't call daily and tell them daily what to do with your meds, they forget. Having meds sent daily to them from multiple doctors and they only read what they originally wrote in the system about what to do with your meds. They finally agreed to do a pill pack though after months. Other than that still...I DON'T TRUST THEM AT ALL. Don't try any controlled substances they won't tell you when you're due for refills.

Refuses to take and put all my meds in pill packs, Refuses to send meds when they only try to get hold of you twice. Don't send the controlled substance there they refuse to deliver them regardless of what new meds I even received. I was forced to wait two weeks for my new blood pressure medication with the excuse of we already sent meds to my son. I DON'T TRUST THEM AT ALL.
