The staff is very helpful and nice!
This pharmacy is awful. I am switching over from another pharmacy for my care home and am already regretting it. I have spoken to five different people there and every person has told me something different. The staff are extremely rude. They say they don’t receive paperwork that I’ve faxed in and somehow lost two of my clients’ accounts, even though they had those clients in the computer the previous day. They are very slow, and I call in 2 hrs ahead for pickup, and even after a year and a half, it takes 20 plus minutes waiting to fill my prescriptions.
