This review is specifically for the Santa Fe Springs location: 10 stars if I could! I wish that I could get all of my prescriptions from them. Even though I'm used to it by now, I still feel a little pleasantly shocked when they call me every single month, without fail to schedule my auto refill, and my med (a controlled substance) is in my hand via FedEx the very next day. Recently I had to use this location as mine is under construction. First of all, Genoa never contacted me to tell me that my regular pharmacy I have been going to for over a year had closed....so I called to make sure my refill was ready and they told me I had to have the script sent to Sante Fe Springs....which I did. The following day, someone called me with a not so nice tone and said "Hi you need to have your script sent somewhere close to you." Like....can you read my profile? Highly recommend this pharmacy! They go above and beyond usual service to assist you. Always very cordial and professional. They mail prescriptions if requested and refill as soon as due. Very much appreciate Melissa and entire staff.
