I had bad experiences with the staff every time I spoke with them. The meds were never on time. Scripts were never ready as promised. Some meds were only half fulfilled meaning I had to return for the other half. The cash register is frequently out of order. Staff was rude.
I had an issue with my insurance and Andrea took the time to ease my nervousness about getting my medication with a clever solution and over the top follow up. This week looks wildly different now that I’ll have my medicine and I’m extremely appreciative of the extra effort. Give her a bonus :)
