Holy. This staff here are terrible. You guys need better standards here.
They are associated with the loft programing providing addictsin recovery suboxone. We'll its friday, I just called in my prescription they dont have any suboxone in the entire pharmacy, I was told I have to wait till monday. Thats an whole entire weekend without a medication. That could cause someone to relapse.
They used to be good!! I’ve been out of work and now have a balance of 96 since I couldn’t pay for my meds and they will not fill my prescription (my psychiatric meds that literally keep me alive) unless I pay for the prescription (approx $18 ) plus $50 on my account. I can pay for my current script, but just started working and don’t have ANY extra money. I don’t see how they can legally or ethically do that to someone. I had bad experiences with the staff every time I spoke with them. The meds were never on time. Scripts were never ready as promised. Some meds were only half fulfilled meaning I had to return for the other half. The cash register is frequently out of order. Staff was rude.
