Some of the staff is nice but the staff that isn’t kind ruins it for the rest. I have been greeted with what almost seems like anger or resentment for picking up my medication. I called because I was out and about and asked what day I can get my medication and was told I would be out on Sunday but no early fills so I can’t get it till Monday come to find out I had enough to make it through so they were just saying that I would be out Sunday. I’ve never left a review of any establishment in my entire life… but the level of disrespect, lack of compassion, and utter contempt I received from the pharmacist here was absolutely disgusting. Her attitude was vile, and it makes me sad that she’s in a position of health “care”.
I am writing to express serious concerns about the customer service experience at this pharmacy. The level of professionalism has been extremely disappointing. On multiple occasions, phone calls have gone unanswered, and it feels as though calls are picked up selectively. When I have been able to speak with staff regarding refills or prescriptions, I have been told that my medication would be ready within an hour.
