Friendly people awesome place
The Shawnee health pharmacy is the worse pharmacy I've ever had the misfortune to deal with. Not sure who is running the show at this pharmacy, but it's scatterbrained chaos. I'm not a disgruntled costumer that didn't get their way. I've had to wait days for important medications that were mailed late and so on and so on. Shawnee I cannot believe you are risking your name and decent reputation promoting Genoa pharmacy who are horrible to you patients.
They refused to fill my prescriptions that are paid for in full by my insurance over a 32-dollar bill after me telling them I would be out in a day and could pay the balance in 7 days when I get my check. I live on disability and have been a regular customer for years they have made thousands of dollars of me and the prescriptions I have filled there, and this is the way they treat a long-time customer. I am leaving them due to this as it is extremely rude and inappropriate to cut someone's meds off over 32 dollars.
Very helpful and they will cater to your needs. What I don't like is they made me feel like I was a bother to them. I switched to Gahms Pharmacy on west Portsmouth. They make me feel at home, they fill all my prescriptions extremely quick and they are very friendly.
