First interaction was fine. They said they'd mail the renewal in a few weeks. Nothing shows up and meds run out. Called and they acted like they've never heard of me. Called again and they found me and forgot the meds need a signature so they've just been sitting around. OK, fine, I'll come get them. Oh actually we don't have those and it'll be another week to ship them in. Are you kidding me? These are daily meds. Promised I’d have my meds in mail that day. I offered to go into the pharmacy to pick them up, because it is a heavy duty medication, and promptness is key. I told Shane (I believe that is his name) it was no problem to pick them up. He INSISTED he would mail them. That was 4 days ago. So thank you, I had to call in sick for 3 days. Bravo to Genoa in Phoenix!
