Nicest people ever
My doctor called in a prescription at 8am. I called the pharmacy who said it would be ready after 3pm. I got there at 3:40pm. Still not ready. The woman filling the prescriptions did not apologize and said the time I was told was just an estimate and I would need to wait at least 40min. When I asked about transferring my prescriptions to Walgreens she said rudely, good luck just see how long you have to wait there.
I don't understand how I can call for a refill on a Wednesday then come in the following Monday and I still have to wait for them to get my prescription ready. Is 3 business days not enough time?? Sometimes it feels like the people answering the phone are not the same people working in there because I've had too many issues with phone vs IRL communications. I've previously had someone on the phone tell me I could pick it up in the morning and I drive there for someone else to tell me they can't actually fill it that morning ... read more
