Trusted this pharmacy for nearly 5 years. Teri, who would call about the prescriptions was amazing, but since she left I'm not getting that solid communication anymore, meds are not being filled on time, and no one is honoring customer's delivery preferences. (I hope you record your calls and follow-up on complaints going forward).

i no longer trust them. i called 3 days in advance for a medication refill and for my medication to be delivered. i called them every single day for those three days, verified my address and phone number and they NEVER delivered them. no text, no call, nothing. i have never been so disappointed. i’m now having to miss my first dosage because of them. i’m going to be put into withdrawal from my medication because of them. either they don’t care about their patients, or their drivers don’t. either way, i’m extremely annoyed; f... read more
