This pharmacy helped me get some emergency medication while I was on vacation because I left mine at home. They organized the prescription with my insurance provider within a couple of hours. My home prescriber didn’t even have time to respond! Very pleased with the quality and speed of service at this pharmacy.
Excellent pharmacy, I highly recommend it. It's better than Walmart and Fred Mayer.
I have never had a reason to complain about Genoa. Nor have I ever had a patient complain about them. Jen, the pharm tech, runs a tight ship and takes spectacular care of patients, treating them all with dignity and compassion. David, the pharmacist, does the same when he interacts with people. Whenever I myself am prescribed meds, I use Genoa.
