Started using Genoa to prepack an elderly family members medicine to increase medication compliance and accuracy. UNFORTUNATELY they often are out of stock of medications including common over the counter meds. Medications prepacked/ filled incorrectly despite clarifying with staff month after month. Sending and charging for medications not needed and having to send back. Turned into a bigger hassle than its worth nevermind the risks associated with my family member taking the wrong medication or missing some from the pharma... read more
